We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Cardiovascular Operating Room team. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and organized individual to take on a leadership role in delivering high-quality patient care.

Job SummaryThe Unit Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Cardiovascular Operating Room, ensuring optimal patient care and leading the development of policies and procedures. This role requires a strong clinical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Cardiovascular Operating Room team, ensuring excellent patient outcomes and a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless care coordination and optimize patient outcomes.
- Prepare and submit department budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Masters degree in Nursing required; BSN or higher preferred.
- Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
- Five years of experience in nursing, including three years of clinical nursing and two years of leadership experience.
- BLS certification required; ACLS and Healthcare Provider certifications may be required depending on the role.
Emory Health Care offers a competitive salary range of $$134,410 - $161,404 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
