**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the exceptional dining experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every guest with a smile and set up the station for the shift.
  • Ensure silverware and condiments are on the table and refill drinks as needed.
  • Run hot food to guests when ready in the alley and provide guest support for Servers as needed.
  • Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

**What We Offer:
