• Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on training to students on esthetics-related topics.
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans, incorporating real-world scenarios to enhance student learning.
• Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure each student receives a personalized learning experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine and update curriculum, ensuring our programs remain relevant and effective.
• Maintain accurate attendance and grade records for each student.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and licensure standards, sharing this knowledge with students as appropriate.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and collaboration.

• Current Texas Esthetician License.
• 4+ years of experience in the esthetics industry.
