Draught Technician

This entry-level Draught Technician position with M Price Distributing Co. offers a great opportunity for growth and development in the fast-paced beverage industry.

As a hybrid role, you will be responsible for servicing key accounts in Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, Yorktown, and extended territories.

The ideal candidate must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and provide proof of auto insurance coverage.

You should also have reliable transportation to travel between accounts and be a self-reliant, self-starting individual who works well independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include working with delivery drivers and independently to deliver products, service draught lines, and equipment, providing excellent customer service, and fostering relations within assigned accounts.

You will work closely with sales reps and drivers to communicate any sales and distribution issues and present a professional public image while maintaining a positive attitude that favors the company.

Salary: The estimated starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and increased compensation based on performance.
