Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at the Space Needle. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve quality and consistent food products according to service standards while maintaining temperature guidelines.
  • Manage food production on assigned stations, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Three plus years of cooking experience, with training in all areas of food preparation and service.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions given in English, with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Valid food handler's card required within 14 days of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Culinary school training preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to walk, stand, reach, and lift entire shift in a warm/hot environment.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds, 10 pounds over head.
