Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include preparing equipment before and during procedures, identifying and assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment. Additionally, the successful candidate will serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in orientation, and use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms and checking equipment.
Salary Range$27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification.
- Previous Procedural Area experience preferred.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or RCIS certification, CV or CI and/or VI certification preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
