Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our best-in-class production team at Wendy's. The ideal candidate will have a leadership mentality, a keen eye for details, and extensive knowledge of the latest technology in the post-production industry.

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished, engaging video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and internal communications. They will also manage all aspects of post-production, including color correction, sound editing, and adding graphics/animations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how video content supports marketing goals. They will also have strong storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing a range of video projects.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content for various platforms
• Manage all aspects of post-production, including color correction, sound editing, and adding graphics/animations
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video projects
• Organize and maintain a digital library of video assets, ensuring easy access and proper storage
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years of professional video editing experience
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools
• Experience with motion graphics and animation
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how video content supports marketing goals
• Strong storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing a range of video projects

We offer a competitive salary range of $88,000 - $154,000 annually, as well as a range of benefits, including parental leave, free EAP sessions, company 401k match, and other great offerings.
