Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional nursing care to post-acute residents in the area
  • Support residents with basic activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, personal hygiene, and grooming
  • Promote resident health and safety by maintaining a clean, sanitary, and hazard-free environment
  • Assist with resident transportation and movement, as needed
  • Document and report resident vital signs and update the nursing team on physical and mental conditions
  • Maintain accountability for adhering to care plans and applicable policies, rules, and regulations
  • Foster relationships with residents based on trust and security
  • Communicate effectively between staff, residents, and family members to ensure transparency and comfort
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Understanding of general nursing care procedures and terminology
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with medical professionals, patients/residents, and their families
  • Attention to detail and ability to lift at least 50 lbs

The estimated salary range for this role is $21-$40 per hour, depending on experience and location. With opportunities for overtime and boosted holiday rates, you can earn even more.
