Job Overview

Beautiful Autism LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team. As a fully licensed professional, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to clients within the scope of practice.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial client evaluations and create comprehensive treatment plans to identify strengths and barriers to participation.
  • Develop and update treatment goals in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Provide weekly or as-needed sessions for clients, offering support and education to families as required.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish personalized goals and plans of care based on assessment data.
  • Deliver effective and necessary treatment to achieve identified goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and reassess as necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • You are required to possess a valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in Washington State.
  • Self-motivated individuals who can work independently or as part of a team are preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and evolving needs within the clinic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
