Residential Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to join our team at Hubbell Realty. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the builder in managing multiple construction sites, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Manage site costs, materials, and labor to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Collaborate with the warranty team to resolve any issues or concerns related to completed projects.
- Attend and participate in production team meetings and other meetings as required.
- Perform site analysis, including determining lot type, locating and marking utilities, and installing signage.
- Assist with home starts, including confirming temporary electrical poles and silt fences.
- Manage site cleanliness, erosion controls, and drainage.
- Perform carpentry tasks, including assisting with framing, trim work, and concrete finishing.
- Operate a skid loader, including an auger, planar, and street broom.
- Four-year degree in construction engineering or construction management or equivalent.
- Two years' minimum experience in residential construction.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to climb in and out of vehicle dozens of times per day.
- Physical requirements include extensive mobility, excellent physical condition, and ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in an office environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Can-do attitude, ability to think on feet, and ability to initiate and implement innovative solutions to daily challenges.
- Ability to perform manual labor as needed, including loading and unloading materials.
- Construction skills, including framing, trim work, concrete finishing, and drywall repairs.
- Ability to operate a skid loader, including an auger, planar, and street broom.
