CRB, a leading provider of sustainable engineering, architecture, construction, and consulting solutions, seeks a skilled Procurement Coordinator to support our global life sciences and food and beverage industries.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide high-level document control, ensure certificates of insurance and payment & performance bonds are accurate, and pre-qualify equipment suppliers and subcontractors. This role requires strong Excel skills, data entry expertise, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Pre-qualify equipment suppliers and subcontractors in collaboration with internal and external clients
  • Maintain accurate records of certificates of insurance and payment & performance bonds
  • Provide expert-level document control support throughout the procurement process
  • Assist in multiple mid-level procurement functions from bidding to buy-out phases
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering, or relevant experience is preferred
  • Up to two years of experience working as project and/or procurement support in a construction and/or design services industry
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
