Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Little Words Project's Disney Springs location. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in helping to run the store, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our brand's message of positivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to motivate the team and drive sales
  • Open and close the store independently, ensuring a smooth and secure operation
  • Manage in-store beading appointments and help facilitate special events
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory, communicating product needs to the Inventory Lead
  • Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
  • Introduce new products to customers and provide personalized recommendations
  • Effectively handle customer issues and answer questions related to merchandise and store policies
  • Process transactions accurately on the POS system
  • Keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked
  • Assist in maintaining backstock and setting up merchandise on the sales floor
  • Operational tasks such as inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs
  • Assist customers at the bead-your-own bracelet table by tying their bracelets
  • Fulfill in-store custom orders by beading bracelets and contacting customers when the order is complete

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of retail experience
  • 2+ years of customer service industry experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Desire to be creative in terms of the beading table and capturing content
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Passion for learning and sharing LWP's core values
