As a Senior Signal Processing Software Engineer at Leidos, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of complex software applications and systems that support the Warfighter. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.



The ideal candidate will have a strong background in signal processing, software development, and agile methodologies. You will work closely with our team to translate system requirements into software requirements, design and implement software applications and features, and integrate existing software into new or modified systems.



We are seeking a highly skilled individual with experience in:




  • Signal processing algorithms and techniques
  • Software development in Java, JavaScript, and/or C++
  • Agile methodologies and software design principles
  • Integration of software components and systems
  • Clearance Requirement: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph


A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with at least four years of experience as a SSWE on a project with a focus on Radio Frequency (RF) to include experience with Fourier transforms, filtering, communications theory, digital modulation, error control coding, signals analysis tools (e.g. WVT, DVT), and digital signal processing (e.g. adaptive beamforming/ filtering, demodulation).



Preferred qualifications include experience with software defined radio architectures (e.g. SCA, REDHAWK, or GNU), commercial wireless standards, geolocation techniques, software configuration management tools (e.g. GIT, Trac, or Subversion), Python, Eclipse IDE, Google Protocol Buffer, Model-based design (e.g. Matlab, SIMULINK), Service oriented architecture, and Linux OS.



We offer a competitive salary range of $101,400.00 - $183,300.00 and a dynamic work environment that values innovation, collaboration, and employee growth.
