  • Provide support and guidance to administrative staff, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and care
  • Perform data entry and maintain detailed and accurate records
  • Create and manage checklists to ensure all office tasks and projects are completed efficiently
  • Monitor and manage office budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively
  • Utilize your real estate knowledge to support team operations and ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative leadership within the real estate industry
  • Valid real estate license is required
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively within a structured environment
  • Proficient in computer applications and technology, with a focus on accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and thoughtful approach
  • Strong affinity for creating and maintaining checklists, systems, and structured processes
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including contracts, leases, and financial statements
  • Adaptable to routine changes, with a strong focus on consistency and reliability
