We are seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with diverse needs in a K-12 caseload.

Position Responsibilities

This full-time role involves implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and analyzing data on student progress and behaviors.
  • Collaborating with educators, families, and other support staff for holistic development.
  • Providing direct support to students in various settings, including classrooms and community activities.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RBT certification.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Compensation Package
