Job Summary

We are seeking a Route Rider - Field Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, and maintaining product displays in stores across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve sales growth through effective merchandising and inventory management
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Manage and maintain accurate records of sales data, invoices, and cash transactions
• Operate company route trucks safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• DOT medical card
• Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods

Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $48,000 - $72,000 per year
• Opportunity for commission-based earnings
