Speech Language Pathologist SLP Home Health PRN Position

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a home health setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with patients to assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
