Business Development Lead for Car Wash Services

Waterway Carwash is a leading provider of car wash services in the Kansas City area, seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join its team. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn business and people management skills while leading a team in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and managing daily operations to meet customer expectations and ensure high service standards. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to drive sales and revenue.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $61,167 per year, based on 45 hours of work per week. Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Lead and manage a team of hourly employees, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance performance and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or management, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
