Job Title: Operations Specialist - IT Operations

Atlas Healthcare Partners, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our IT operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting network infrastructure, desktop services, email, directory services, cloud services management, information security, and application support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain network and application availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Core IT team to resolve performance impacting issues.
  • Work with staff to balance usability and security monitoring and awareness for the Atlas network.
  • Adhere to ITIL process and documentation, and be willing to follow a Lean IT approach to continuous process improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and evaluate new approaches to problems to ensure the best IT experience at the lowest cost.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of Atlas staff and partners.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of prior desktop IT support and at least 2 years of enterprise systems IT support.
  • Working knowledge of network IP LAN/WAN routing protocols, Microsoft Directory Services, and Group Policy troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years supporting IT in a healthcare organization.
  • Familiarity with Meraki security, switching, and wireless infrastructure, Microsoft Office 365 management, and scripting development.
