We are seeking a Certified Medicine Aide to join our team at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health.
Job Summary:
As a Certified Medicine Aide, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians and document administration.
- Provide basic nursing care and assist with daily living skills.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, including turning and positioning residents as needed.
- Assist with meals and feed residents if necessary.
- Distribute drinking water and nourishment to residents.
- Anticipate resident needs and make rounds to ensure their comfort and well-being.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) certification required.
- Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $20.00-$20.00 per hour.
- Full-time position with weekend commitment.
- Nursing Support role.
