Job Title: Speech Pathology Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Riverton, Wyoming. The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide comprehensive speech and language services that support students' academic and social development.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with goals for students with speech and language needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom environment.

Required Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field, and hold a valid state license. Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
