About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Document Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and draft routine legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Create and maintain comprehensive case files, keeping all relevant documents up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Facilitate the meeting of attorney deadlines by maintaining organized schedules and providing timely reminders
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case development and strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a legal secretary or assistant or paralegal, with a strong understanding of document coordination and management
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate, demonstrating a solid foundation in law and documentation

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the cost of living in London.
