Tax Professional with Dual Role in Preparation and Training

We are seeking a skilled Tax Preparer/Tax Staff Trainer to join our team at Dynamic Office & Accounting Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Tax Return Preparation: Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Tax Planning Advice: Offer tax planning advice and conduct in-depth tax research to resolve complex issues while ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients on tax-related matters, addressing questions and providing support as needed.
- Training and Development: Create and present training sessions on tax preparation processes and recent tax law changes, design onboarding programs for new tax preparers and bookkeepers.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior tax professionals by providing guidance and assistance with tax preparation tasks, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and update materials as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, handling individual, corporate, and partnership returns.
- CPA License is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in mentoring or staff training is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Proficient in tax software such as Lacerte and UltraTax, along with Microsoft Office.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000-$105,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, generous paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
