Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized banking solutions to customers, providing clarity and simplicity in understanding our products and services
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, collaborating with other retail departments to drive business growth and financial success
  • Initiate and maintain customer contact through various channels, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Process customer transactions, balance cash drawers, and mitigate risk by adhering to internal controls, banking regulations, and operational procedures
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience required
  • 1+ years of bank teller experience required
  • Successfully pass a credit check required
  • Proficiency with large server-based applications and typical desktop software required
