Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at Joulé. In this role, you will play a critical part in the development of new products, ensuring that they meet all necessary regulatory requirements.
Job SummaryThis position is responsible for assisting in the development of new product specifications, ingredient specifications, and maintaining the ingredient and finished product specification database. You will also be responsible for entering and preparing nutritional analysis using Genesis software, updating raw materials and current information, and completing technical documentation as required by customers.
In addition, you will manage Trace Gains Document Management System for supplier specifications and customer specifications, and assist with Safe Quality Foods (SQF) sections of the code for document controls and records, and specifications, formulations, and supplier approval.

Requirements- A two-year college degree is required, and knowledge of Genesis Software is necessary.
- A working knowledge of various document management systems is essential, and background knowledge of food science is a plus.
- Computer skills and MS applications are required, along with good math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities, functions, and tasks.
We offer competitive salaries based on experience and qualifications. The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of expertise and qualifications.
