Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Customer Issues: Utilize your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve customer problems related to our products and services.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collect Customer Payments and Follow-up: Ensure timely payment collection and follow up with customers to maintain a positive and proactive relationship.
  • Deliver and Pickup Chemicals: Safely transport and distribute chemicals to customers, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Build Rapport with Decision Makers: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Resolve Customer Concerns: Address and resolve customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Train Customers on Product Use: Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products, ensuring they achieve maximum value.
  • Negotiate Service Agreement Renewals and Price Increases: Collaborate with customers to negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Requirements

  • Stair Climbing: Ability to ascend and descend stairs at branch and customer locations, as required.
