As a Senior Manager, HR Technology, you'll lead a team of analysts in managing Workday solutions, requirements gathering, impact analysis, system configuration, testing, and deployment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive employee experience by improving how users interact with the system, designing the system, configuration, and modules with end-users in mind
  • Manage the team of analysts supporting the production systems and troubleshoot critical issues
  • Cross-functional collaboration with other teams to ensure all touchpoints are addressed
  • Optimize and maintain the security model in Workday and ensure it's aligned to the People function and business end-users' needs
  • Maintain data integrity in the system by identifying data error trends and performing system audits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with excellent grades in Business Administration, Computer Science, HR Management, or related field
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying HR systems, specifically Workday
  • Deep knowledge in key Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Compensation, and Advance compensation is mandatory

About the Role:

This role requires a strong consulting mindset with a proven track record of asking the right questions to find the best solution and challenging requirements where necessary. You should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management tools. Experience with Agile development frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Scrum, Kanban) is highly desirable.
