About This Opportunity

Carr Lane Manufacturing Co. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our Northeast Territory. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining sales relationships with distributors, end users, and other customers across a multi-state area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer projects, identify new sales opportunities, and partner with distributors to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to train and educate distributors and sales representatives on the Carr Lane product line.
  • Represent Carr Lane at industry trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services.
  • Travel up to 75% within the United States and Canada to meet with customers and partners.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Familiarity with Carr Lane products and applications or experience with tooling components is a plus.
