We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Residential Home Health and Hospice. As a member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

About the Role

This position supports patients in Millersburg, PA and surrounding areas. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. Our home health physical therapists are grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college. A minimum of one year healthcare experience is also required. You should have demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
