Job Summary:

As a Floor Leader at Buckle, you will be responsible for ensuring the sales floor is consistently sized and new freight is appropriately displayed. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership. Your goal will be to motivate Teammates to initiate and complete daily tasks, while maintaining and sharing knowledge of current sales and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure sales floor is consistently sized and new freight is appropriately displayed
  • Work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit new Teammates
  • Motivate Teammates to initiate and complete daily tasks
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
