Position Overview:

As a Mental Health Professional at Heartview Foundation, you will play a crucial role in delivering essential clinical services to patients in substance abuse treatment.

Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead individual and group therapy sessions tailored to each patient's unique needs.
  • Embrace innovative treatment methods such as medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and harm reduction strategies.
  • Efficiently manage electronic health records and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
  • Foster a supportive, respectful environment for patients of diverse backgrounds.

Your strong communication and organizational skills will be key to your success in this role, as will your empathy and understanding of the complex challenges faced by our patients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold one of the following North Dakota state licenses:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

We will also consider candidates with Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) status. A minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health is preferred, but we welcome applications from newly licensed professionals.
