Nurse Practitioner

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
- 2+ years of RN experience, preferably in the Emergency Department.
- ACLS/BLS certification preferred.
