Job DescriptionAs a Comprehensive Geriatric Care Physician, you'll play a critical role in delivering best-in-class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
You'll partner with the care team, leveraging our coaching and integrated behavioral health models to engage our geriatric patient population in care and drive behavior change.
Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population.
You'll also enjoy weekly protected time during the workday to gather with fellow providers for team-building and shared discussion of challenging cases.
Requirements- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine required
- Able to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes

The base salary range for this role is $242,000 to $257,000 based on a full-time schedule. Subject to applicable law, proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for employees and contractors who interact with patients, access a shared office space, or engage with other team members, except where a medical or religious accommodation applies.
