Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Auto Refinisher to join our team at Chris Crain Enterprises. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-wreck condition in compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A high standard of quality is expected, along with good time management skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restore vehicles to their pre-wreck condition using welding, frame machine, PDR, and paint techniques.
  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed to complete repairs.
  • Measure and inspect vehicles to ensure accurate repairs.
  • Communicate repair status clearly to the shop manager and other team members.
Requirements
  • I-Car certification preferred.
  • Ability to follow estimate and quality control materials.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • High standard of quality and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
