We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Design Project Lead to join our Northwest Infrastructure Design Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multidiscipline design teams and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • This is a senior-level role that requires a deep understanding of engineering design principles, project management best practices, and leadership skills.">
  • The Senior Design Project Lead will be responsible for leading a team of designers, engineers, and technicians to deliver construction documents for water/wastewater infrastructure projects.">
  • This position involves working closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on schedule.">
  • The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team.">
  • They will also be expected to develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure project delivery.">
  • A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.">
  • The Senior Design Project Lead will work closely with the project manager to ensure that project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation are managed effectively.">
">Requirements">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.">
  • No less than 12 years of experience in engineering design, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing multidiscipline design teams.">
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.">
  • Strong technical expertise in engineering design principles, project management best practices, and leadership skills.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team.">
  • Ability to develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure project delivery.">
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam Revu, and project scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet).">
  • Possession of a PE license is desirable but not essential.">
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.">
