Hazmat Transportation Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Hazmat Transportation Solutions Specialist to join our team at Labelmaster. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, and collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and client engagement, with a proven track record of success in growing revenue and expanding market reach. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales growth through proactive engagement with potential and existing customers
- Meet revenue goals by closing identified opportunities, new targets, and growth accounts
- Assess customers' information needs, help them make sense of the information they have, and connect them with the tools, resources, and data they need to make good decisions
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
- Willingness and ability to travel at least 50%
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 plus commission/bonus, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, onsite wellness program, education assistance, 401(k) with matching, fitness bank, pre-tax transit program, time off banks, medical and childcare flexible spending accounts, paid holidays and diversity days, volunteer time off, and referral bonus program.
