About the Role:
As an MRI Technician with TotalMed Staffing, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Your primary goal will be to ensure patient comfort and safety during MRI scans, working closely with the radiology team to achieve optimal imaging results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures on patients.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI scans, providing clear instructions and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to obtain high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.
- Maintain and calibrate MRI equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Document procedures accurately, maintain patient records, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- ARRT (MRI) certification.
- BLS certification.
- Two years of recent MRI Technician experience.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
