About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Cybersecurity Strategy and Compliance Officer to join our Risk and Compliance Services team as a dedicated member of the National Security Advisory services group.

The successful candidate will drive value by delivering risk advisory and compliance solutions rooted in risk management standards and technical expertise. This is a hybrid role requiring occasional travel/commute to either an EA office or a client site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to mitigate national security risks for clients.
  • Prepare proposals in response to RFPs, tailoring engagements to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Maintain client relationships, providing exceptional service and developing strategic plans to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Play a visible leadership role during client engagements, developing strategy and delivering solutions while managing up, down, and outward.
  • Install structure and excellence over strategic client projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Manage priorities, budget, and workload effectively, providing oversight and development to staff during client engagements.
  • Build client confidence and participate in client relationship and business development activities such as identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals in response to RFPs.
  • Ensure scope of work addresses USG National Security interests and requirements, analyzing how companies mitigate national security risks.
