We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in dialysis to join our team at Sanderling Renal Services. As a Dialysis Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for preparing facilities throughout California for state visits and instructing staff on up-to-date protocols to ensure compliance with state criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hemodialysis nursing teams in-center and provide training and support for home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
- Collaborate with state surveyors to ensure compliance with state regulations and protocols.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Uphold and support company values, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 3+ years of experience in dialysis.
- Current state licensure and strong computer literacy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Desire to grow and develop in the dialysis profession.
