**Job Title:** Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: East Earl, PA

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by inspecting and testing units, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will work closely with production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control or assurance, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting and testing units to ensure they meet sales agreement and engineering specifications
  • Identifying defects and implementing corrective actions
  • Working with production teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Conducting in-process quality audits and reviewing standards and specification requirements with production supervisors
  • Performing final inspection functions and ensuring compliance with Morgan's product quality, manufacturing, certification, and release activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred not required)
  • Previous experience in a quality control/quality assurance position (preferably 3 years in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment)
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to concentrate for extended periods and follow established safety procedures
  • Computer experience using Microsoft Office
