We are seeking a seasoned Sales Consultant to join our team at Amplify Recruiting. This dynamic role involves cultivating new customer relationships, maintaining existing ones, and driving sales growth through strategic account penetration and securing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales volume within existing offices and facilities through account penetration and securing new business.
  • Evaluate and report on competitors' products, services, and strategies.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and adhere to CRM data entry policies.
  • Collaborate with service technicians and internal teams to achieve company goals.

Sales Metrics:

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new situations.

Compensation Package:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
