About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team of Registered Behavior Therapists in providing individualized case management and treatment for children with ASD. As an Autism Therapist Leader, you will create treatment plans, conduct assessments, and ensure family guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Registered Behavior Therapists in providing individualized case management and treatment for children with ASD
  • Create treatment plans and conduct assessments to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Provide family guidance and support to empower parents and caregivers
  • Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals dedicated to living ABC's core values
