Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Kaufman Healthcare Center. As an LVN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have experience working in long-term care facilities and possess strong clinical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for providing resident-centered care, adhering to state and federal regulations, and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing treatments.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff to ensure quality care is provided to residents.
• Document resident progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to discuss resident care plans and goals.

• CURRENT LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (LVN) IN GOOD STANDING AND CURRENTLY LICENSED BY THE STATE.
• Ability to relate positively to residents and families, and work cooperatively with other employees.
• Capable of maintaining regular attendance.
• Ability to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives.

• $43,000 per year based on 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime pay
