Key Responsibilities

You'll provide proactive tax consulting and planning services for diverse clients across various industries. This will involve in-depth research, compliance reviews, and developing meaningful client relationships. As a key leadership position within our Salina market, you'll also contribute to firm-wide tax initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess your CPA certification and have at least 5 years of experience in corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax returns. Supervisory experience is essential, as is excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills. You'll need to be community-involved and able to develop new business opportunities for our clients.
