Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary between $100,000-$120,000, depending on experience. In addition, they will be eligible for a bonus structure based on project performance, which could potentially add an additional $9,000-$15,000 in the first year.

 

Job Description

As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of high-profile projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Safety Management: Establish and maintain a proactive project safety culture, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractor relationships, including procurement, contract administration, and site meetings.
  • Cost Control: Oversee cost reporting, including contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions, to achieve defined project goals.
  • Financial Management: Ensure overall financial health of the project, including forecasting and cash flow management.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience.
  • A strong understanding of construction technology and details.
  • Previous experience in vertical build construction.
  • An excellent working knowledge of skilled trades, including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
