Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team at Arbon Equipment - A Rite-Hite Company. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for developing technical skills, knowledge of supported product lines, and proficiency in following our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical skills and knowledge of supported product lines.
  • Timely and proper completion of assigned tasks, either individually or under the guidance of a senior Technician.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relations in a manner that exemplifies Rite-Hite's image and commitment to customer service.
  • Compliance with all company policies and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in the installation, inspection, service, and repair of equipment in the field under the direction of a senior Installation Technician.
  • Complete all required training classes and modules to demonstrate proficiency and understanding.
  • Using the handheld devices (or paper backup forms if needed) accurately complete all necessary paperwork associated with field service, repair and installation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Prior mechanical, electrical or welding experience helpful but not required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Passing DOT medical exam.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints & schematics, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
