Your Mission

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to guide your clients toward successful adoption of the Highwire platform. This involves navigating onboarding processes, resolving issues quickly, and providing tailored training for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make Clients Successful: Help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals by providing expert support and training.
  • Deepen Product Adoption: Build strong relationships with project managers, safety officers, and executives to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with our sales team to find upsell opportunities and align our solutions with evolving client needs.
  • Get On-Site: Visit clients in person to strengthen relationships, provide support, and identify new ways they can succeed with Highwire.

Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: Experience with construction safety, SDI, and financial prequalification, either from an insurance agency, general contractor, asset owner, or software company.
  • Trusted Advisor: Ability to align product solutions with client goals and act as a strategic partner, not just an order taker.
  • Resilient & Clear Communicator: Handle pressure with poise, set boundaries, and communicate effectively to inspire trust.
  • Curious Learner: Love exploring new technologies and digging into your client's business to uncover opportunities.
  • Organized Multitasker: Manage multiple projects smoothly, prioritize on the fly, and keep stakeholders updated.
