Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Professional to join our team as a Bartender. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled level of service to our guests while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and drinks: Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote our menu offerings and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Ring drink orders: Accurately process orders using our computer system and maintain a clean bar area.
- Prepare garnishes: Create visually appealing garnishes for our signature cocktails.
- Perform opening and closing procedures: Ensure a seamless transition between shifts by following established protocols.
- Maintain a clean bar: Adhere to our rigorous cleaning and sanitizing standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
- Engage with guests: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Resolve guest complaints: Employ effective conflict resolution skills to address any concerns or issues raised by our guests.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
- TIPS certification: Must possess a valid TIPS certification.
- Lifting ability: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
