Job Description

**Behavior Interventionist Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Interventionist to join our team at Total Education Solutions. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to clients in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, and homes.
  • Learn and implement specialized behavior approaches, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), under the guidance of a case supervisor.
  • Support clients in developing essential skills, such as communication, social skills, play skills, motor skills, self-help skills, school readiness skills, and self-management skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and adherence to prescribed behavior plans.
  • Collaborate with clients' parents, teachers, and other allied specialists to implement positive interventions.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid automobile insurance with liability coverage.
  • Clear background check through the FBI and DOJ.
  • Current TB Test (within the last 6 months).

Work Environment:

  • Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes.
  • Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary.
  • Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs.
