Join Our Team as a Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team at Belmont Village Senior Living. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety, well-being, and dignity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on personal assistance with activities of daily living, including toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care.
  • Encourage socialization and participation in community activities, promoting a sense of belonging and connection among residents.
  • Document care and services provided daily, following customized service plans and communicating with supervisors as needed.
  • Ensure care, safety, and cleanliness standards are met, adhering to regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English.
  • Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
  • Ability to work a defined schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills and Characteristics:

  • At least one year of direct care experience in an Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing community.
  • Ability to follow detailed instruction while working as part of a team to achieve a shared goal.
  • Self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Observant, dependable, adaptable, and respectful.
